For app, purchase, privacy, or deletion help, contact rhythm@modudahakkoya.com. Include what happened and your app version. Do not send Google passwords, sign-in tokens, or payment-card details.

To delete your account without the app, use verified account deletion. Account access ends after durable acceptance; RevenueCat processing is shown separately. If a request remains pending, contact support. No fixed completion time is promised.

Use Report this reading inside the app to submit an AI-output concern without leaving the app. Store refunds are handled through the relevant store; deleting an app account does not guarantee a refund.

Clear saved data on one phone

In My Algo Rhythm, open Sources, then App account (Settings and account on iPhone), and choose Clear this phone’s app data. Confirm the native prompt. This removes all saved histories, imports, readings, previews, and app sign-ins from that phone, including records used by other app accounts on the same phone. It does not delete your Google or Apple account, YouTube history, exported backups, or the server app account. To remove the server account too, use Delete account in the app or the web deletion page.
